Tan Sri Dato Hanafiah Hussain, FCA, is a Malaysian with a long and distinguished commercial and political career. Educated in England at the University of Manchester and as a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Tan Sri is the recipient of 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Malaysia City Group. He was chosen by The Rt. Hon'ble Dr. Mahathir, the Prime Minister of Malaysia, to serve in Taiwan, ROC, as his special envoy with the rank of ambassador, from 1986 to 1990.
He was instrumental in enhancing bilateral relations between Taiwan and Malaysia and played a major role in promoting Malaysia to Taiwanese entrepreneurs and investors resulting in manifold increase in two-way trade and commerce. Currently, Tan Sri is the Advisor to Taipei Investors' Association in Malaysia (TIAM) comprising 1800 investors. Some of the major investors are Acer Technologies, Chung Hwa Picture Tube, Titan Group, Far East Group, Hualon etc. After Taiwan, Tan Sri was appointed Executive Chairman of Government-owned Bank Bumiputra Malaysia and privately-owned South East Asia Bank Ltd. Mauritius.
In commerce and business, Tan Sri enjoyed the trust and confidence of his peers with his election as the President of the Malaysian Malay Chambers of Commerce for five consecutive years and as President of the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce in 1969.
He was also selected to spearhead the establishment in 1963 of the highly successful Malaysian Muslim Pilgrim Savings Corporation (Tabung Haji).
A highly-respected UMNO politician to this day, Tan Sri has served as a Member of Parliament for ten consecutive years between 1964 and 1974, and Supreme Council Member and Treasurer of the Government party in power (UMNO).
A Rotarian, a Diplomat, a Banker and a politician, for his many varied meritorious services and contributions, Tan Sri was bestowed various awards and orders of chivalry by His Majesty, The King of Malaysia.

 Dato' Abdul Rahman is a Malaysian national holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing and an M.B.A. in finance and conferred the honorary Doctorate PhD in Financial Management by the Golden State University Wyoming in March 2005. Dato' Abdul possesses an extensive background in marketing and banking and has held senior management positions in major financial institutions including Citibank N.A. (Kuala Lumpur & New York), AIG (New York & Kuala Lumpur), Citibank Venture Capital New York, Crosby Securities, amongst others.
With more than 24 years in banking and financial services, Dato' Abdul, as a Director and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for directing all business activities of City Credit Investment Bank including corporate banking, equity and debt capital markets, and global and financial services.
Dato' Abdul was awarded the Star of Darjah Dato' Tuanku Ja'afar (D.P.T.J.) by D.Y.M.M. Tuanku Jaafar Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman, The Sultan of Negeri Sembilan on 19th of July 2003. |

 Dato' Hamidi is a Malaysian national and a graduate of Economics and Business Management from Singapore and England. Prior to joining the bank, Dato' Hamidi held numerous senior management positions including Executive Director of Jardine Waugh and Guthrie Waugh Ltd. (1960-1972) and Chairman of Perwira Habib Bank (1975-1977).
Since 1988, Dato' Hamidi has focused on his own private and family owned group of companies that engage in a wide spectrum of industries including financial services, property, tin mining, oil palm plantations and engineering construction.
Dato' Hamidi currently lends his extensive experience to the continued growth of the bank, particularly in the areas of risk management, loan analysis, and operational and strategic planning. |
